frequently asked questions (faq)

What's the main different between the browser mode compared to the GoogleEarth mode?
The earthChat is based on the idea to represent a chat ambiance using placemarks within GoodleEarth. Therefore the whole concept is optimized to the display option of Google Earth.
Due to the new 3D browser plugins we are able to display the chat operation in the browser window. It simplifies the handling. With further stage of expansion we will upgrate the options of interaction in the browser version, because of the direct access to diverse dispaly parameters. Thus the display is going to be faster and direct. Avater and objects are movable inside the display window. That's why the main focus will shift to the web display.
