The users can create chatAreas (equal classic chats) at any spot in the world. Besides dynamic chatAreas there are also permanent chatAreas which for instance deal with one main topic.
chatAreas can be mobile. Their movement is rather bounded to a 'moving object' (for instance the international space station ISS or a cruise ship) or a 'Scout' ( a user who can take the dicussion session to every single spot in the world).
Users can create their idividual avatare with several emotions (similar to smileys).
The earthChat is multi-lingual and supports real-time translation of chat-messages. The ideal case provides that several users are able to write and read in their national language to the same time.
